Download Anvil Studio for free at Anvilstudio.com. I just did so yesterday, and I have written music for Maoz Tsur for my orchestra. Currently I'm composing a theme for my Roleplay character, Oakleaf Evolution, who shall have a major part in a friend's video game in progress!

It took me way too long to find a program like this.
