Sorry, but I'm not a big fan of proboards. I have bothered signing up to one, but that's because the forum was already quite active. I'd like to help you out but I'm already signed up to alot of forums. Just be persistent and go to tons of forums and plug your forum, but be sure to follow their plugging rules, if they have any, and try not to plug and leave. If you show respect and post a little more posts -- not just spam posts -- that can help.
