Help Wanted: Neopets Graphics Workers

I am looking for:
I am willing to pay 10 neopoints a graphic for a temporary job (I must like the graphic, don't worry i'm not that picky)
I am also willing to pay 200 neopoints for a permanent worker (you may quit after you have made twenty-five graphics).
If you are a staff worker you can also get your own cool e-mail.

Hmm, I might be able to code XHTML and CSS for you, and for free 
(Got no Neopets account, so I don't care for that kind of payment 
) If someone else makes the layout, I can make it into code, well, you get what I mean.
Although I will only use valid XHTML code, no IE only thingies, like those fancy colored scrollbars
