That's a lot of ads. I recommend you get such a free phpBB host as
Exocrew or
JconServ.
Difference?
Besides you only getting one medium-sized banner for both those hosts I suggested?

unlimited hdd/bandwith last time I checked. If it's still not the case, there's still a lot.
Requirement: 5 posts to get started and remain active at their forum after that. That requirement's easy. Just come in every two or three weeks and make one post.
JconServ:
You can turn on/off what MODs they install for you.
Lots of pre-installed templates.
Better support than myfreebb
and etc.
Just check both out.
