Well, I started writing it in my junior year of high school and finished it early in my senior year. It stayed locked away on my computer til the beginning of last month when I decided it was finally time to let it see the light of day.

Since I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding a publisher, and either purchasing an ISBN for myself or registering with them, I just decided to do it myself.

I know this is an old thread, but...congrats on your book!

Did you consider PoD (print on demand) at all, or is that how you published your book to begin with? I guess you'd need a bit more money to start with to do PoD (a set order to fill usually), but I'd recommend that for your next book, should you write one :)
