Now we all know there were some major world issues occuring in 2004, but what was THE SINGLE MOST entertainment memory you have of 2004? Was it Ashlee Simpson demonstrationg her hoedown ability, Fantasia winning over Diana DeGarmo (grr), or another significant event? Post it here!

Yup, two words "wardrobe malfunction". Though Martha Stuart in prison is probably bigger than that.

there once was a rock festival in belgium, and destinys child came too, and the audiance didn't like them and so they began booing but destinys child just kept on singing until Kelly got a plastic glass thrown at her head, they then left the stage, making the audiance laugh
it wasn't really from this year, but it'll always be funny

Not saying I adore any of those artists, but i think it's unbelievably rude to boo someone off stage.
Anyways, I agree that the Janet Jackson...thing, was one major issue this year

new Green Day album, after 4 years of nothing. (the International Superhits and Shenanigans don't really count as they were songs from other albums [+2] and b-sides).

Definitely the Super Bowl 'wardrobe malfunction'. That was very scary, I didn't see it though, lucky for me.
