What are you confused about in Harry Potter?

I'm wondering, why is Ron shabby? I mean, they're magical! Why not just magick together some dress robes? O_O

Why can't someone burn the entire Slytherin house? Everyone comes out of there bad.

Why bother to buy food if you can just make it appear out of thin air?

Why can't they gun down Voldemort? (Guns are mechanical, not electronic).

How about regulations?

They have to keep an economy going. o_O

And you can't harm Voldemort because he has super evil powers protecting him.

Snape got Draco to conjure a snake in book 2. Couldn't one just conjure a million snakes and sell them?

The Ministry of Magic would get a hold of your scam.

edit: And Voldemort has a bullet-proof vest.

I am genuinely confused, and not trying to point out stupid plotholes, about how exactly Patroni communicate.

Fernwithy wrote:The message-bearing Patronuses... what, do they talk? Break apart into light fragments and spell things in the air, a la Tom rearranging his name in the CoS movie? Feed thoughts and images into the receiver's mind? Do a mime routine? Play charades or Win, Lose, or Draw? How in the hell do they deliver specific messages like, "I'm coming up the road with Harry now"?

Have you ever taken economics? If everything can just be Conjured, nothing is worth anything, and things that probably shouldn't be easily accessible, like Time-Turners, are easily accessible.

(Besides, the only things we've seen conjured are commonplace things like chairs and white sauce. A magical item can't just be Conjured - it takes a good deal of work, as we have seen with the Marauder's Map. If magical items could be Conjured, I can bet the Death Eaters would have done it a hundredfold.)
