The big screen and the small screen... together at last! Hurrah!

Did anyone watch The Amazing Race? Yeah, three episodes shown already with a couple of twists.
(And in a way, it's more diverse than Survivor. Rofl.) It's really good so far and there are less annoying teams. xD

I watched the first and third episode. I really don't like Tom and Terry, and I hated seeing Duke and Lauren go in their place. They're arrogant and stuck up to all of the other players behind their back, and many right in front of their faces. I really wish Duke and Lauren would have made it to the ending before Tom and Terry's half-hour penalty was up.

Yay Amazing Race. I was sad to see that two of the most diverse teams were the first ones to go!
However, I'd like to yell at CBS. Whenever I tape Amazing Race, I only get like half of it (without the elimination) because they don't start it until like 20 minutes after it's supposed to. I suppose that's because of football, but it's not very cool.

The Amazing Race is...amazing!
I've seen the second and third episodes. I really like the cast this time around--it's a good mix of people this time around and while there are a few potential villains, I don't really despise anyone yet.

This season has been truly refreshing, and I'm finding myself even more hooked than before- and I've watched seasons 7, the mediocre 8-9, and 1-2 in reruns. The difficulty's just right, the teams are shuffling around the rankings, the bunching isn't annoying, and even the teams I find annoying aren't as annoying as ones from past seasons.
Unfortunately for me, two of my favourite teams (Vipul & Arti, Duke & Lauren) are already out, but I'm rooting for David & Mary now, just cause they're funny and open-minded. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I'm annoyed by Tom & Terry and Rob & Kimberly. On the extreme end, I'm absolutely appalled at how Peter is treating Sarah. That image of Sarah crawling on the rice paddy and dragging her prosthetic, while Peter yelled out fake encouraging comments 10 metres ahead without even taking a look at her will forever be burned in my head.
I wasn't too happy with the first twist- must be sad for Bilal & Sa'eed to take a month off work, fly to China, and not be allowed to complete even one leg- but the second one with $0 and no begging was awesome. Looking forward to more.

I'm really liking the Cho brothers. I can't stand David and Mary though.
Did anyone else notice that they seem to have covered all the possible groups that could be stereotyped/discriminated against? They've got(had) muslims, blacks, gays, beauty queens, recovering drug addicts, phsyically disabled, etc.
I'm not really sure how I feel about the new twists. The no money part was cool, but the surprise elimination was kind of unfair I think. I feel so bad for Bilal and Sa'eed. And they were one of my favorite teams too. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad a couple of legs later, but the not even get to finish an entire leg would suck so bad.
(I'm really hoping one of the twists will be that they get to come back later. But I doubt it'll actually happen)

I watched the first episode.
After that, I forgot it was on.
Don't really care about it.

Tom and Terry annoy the crap outta me.
I can't wait for them to get kicked out.
