Cruella De Vil because she wanted fur coats made out of puppies.

Buffalo Bill.
Humans > Puppies.

Hmm, I'm going to have to go with Cruella. While Silence of the Lambs is probably one of my favourite movies, Buffalo Bill wasn't that great of a villain. In fact, if it wasn't for his famous line, he'd be completely forgettable.

Man that's a hard one.
And since I don't know the Silence of the Lambs either, plus the fact that the guy didn't seem to kill every person in sight (Cruella didn't really, I guess),
Cruella.

"It rubs the lotion on its skin"
ugh...that guy was WAY creepy and scary! I don't know what is more disturbing, yet interesting as Silence of the Lambs. Totally voted for Buffalo Bill.

Cruella. I always cry more when animals die than humans (in the movies). I know no animals actually died in 101 Dalmations, but they could have!

Buffalo Bill wins, even though the plot is so patently not about him.
Speaking of which, could I recommend "Wild Bill" Wharton?

I'll have to go with Cruella again simply because I haven't seen Silence of the Lambs.

I don't know.. I think animal cruelty and murder are on two different levels of wrong, but they are both very very wrong, mind you. I think I might have to go with.. Buffalo Bill.
When you kill a person, you're affecting the lives of many people close to them. When you kill an animal, you're really only directly affecting the life of the owner. So I guess it just makes more sense.

Cruella because I haven't seen (and never will) the Silence of the Lambs.

Cruella killed puppies. Puppies are sadder. Cruella is more despicable.

You didn't see my family when we had to put our dog down, or my friends when I told them he was gone. Even though they usually aren't, animals can be mourned just as much as people.

I don't see how Cruella is more evil. She may wear puppies, but Buffalo Bill wears people he's tortured.
