Snoopy, Zorak, Stewie Griffin, SIMBA, Jack (Nightmare Before Christmas)
Though Jack's not really a cartoon, I think he still counts considering he's not a real person, either.
I like to make fun of Bambi, because he takes no prisioners in Monopoly.
