The big screen and the small screen... together at last! Hurrah!

Pretty Woman
Well its a good romantic comedy, Richard is great in that movie

I watched a bit of Shakespeare in Love on TV.
Find it difficult to belief that anyone could, for a second, believe that Gwyneth Paltrow was a bloke. Meh.

Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory
Good lord the newer version is SO much better!
The characters in the older one are just SO SO SOOOOO annoying.
And don't even get me started on the weirdo orange Oompa Loompas.
It had it's funny parts... but I couldn't deal with the singing and the very odd tunnel scene. Surprised they showed a chicken getting it's head lopped off during that part.... o_o

I saw that last night... I guess it would have been a good movie if I hadn't seen a crappy pirited version that had the bottom cut off
The orange oompa loompas freaked me out >.< The new ones were pretty cool, Deep Roy did I good job at that.

The last movie I saw was Show Me Love, which was OK.
I was also watching Detroit Rock City at the same time, which was awesome.

Im amazed you can decipher the accents. I hear a lot of non-brits have had trouble with it.
Subtitles perchance?

People in Glasgow have been rumoured to have trouble with it...

Well if people have issues with it, you almost have to expect non-humans to have problems too.

Pffft. They're all rotten up there. I'll remind you which side of the border I'm on
And are you messing with my settings? Meh.

Accents killed me with Trainspotting. The plot escaped me until my brother explained it.

How you would adore listening to some of the blokes I know, Dan.
'..uh....yow? What's a yow? Thrept? eh?'

The only movie where accents got me was Snatch XD
Anyways, just watched Bring It On. Pretty good movie. Lots of illegal moves since it was supposed to be high school cheerleader, but what the hey

Well, I caught on by the end, if that counts for anything, heh.

The Island
It was ok, (Ewan McGreggor looks good =P) it started off nicely, but got a little dragged out. It's still quite interesting though, but a lot of things don't make sense (like, how do they know they're way around the whole facility? They haven't even seen the whole thing O_O).

Yea the Oompa Loompas ARE freaky in the old one. I forgot, I just watched it on Thursday while I was volunteering, and they totally freaked the little kids out... one was like, covering his eyes and ears whenever they started singing... XD

Triple X
Or whatever the name is of that stupid movie.
Now I like Vin Diesel.... yeah he can't really act all that great, but I still like a few of the movies he's in, but good grief does that movie just blow humongoid chunks!
UGH.. it was the worst typical guy movie EVER. The horrible one liners, the stupid little gadgets, the easy women, the who cares a flying flip cars, the blowing crap up scenes, random acts of violence.. and just... BLEH *rolls eyes*
