Oh, right, I forgot that I was watching CTV when I was posting. I just assumed everyone saw the same preview I had. I was wondering why when watching ABC I see totally different preview-commercials...

Without giving anything away, I'll just say that you're in for some quality TV!

If you guys hadn't heard it already, (I heard it via CleoLinda), the actor that plays Sawyer is the same guy stealing Alicia Silverstone's bag (and then getting his butt kicked by her) in Aerosmith's Cryin' video. A much younger Sawyer, but Sawyer nonetheless.

Yeah, I saw the music video for Cryin' and noticed that Josh was in it. He was around 22-23 at the time...

Rofl I read that and saw the little pics? or whatever it was that someone posted.
Good lord I hate that video and I hated the song even more.

Good episode. I think it's one of my favourites so far. Not because anything overly exciting happened. It was just good.

The music cutting out was priceless. I was thinking "What? current music on LOST? They don't usually have background music that is an actual band..."

Maybe I missed it, but how did Jin hurt his hands if he didn't burn the boat?

At the end, where they implying that Hurley resembles the pregnant Claire because of his gut? That was kinda sad.

And now for the Canadian preview: There was none. They just showed one for this weeks ER (which also looks really good). Hmm...

EDIT: Watched the ABC preview. Looks good. It's obviously the French woman...

Am I the only one who noticed that when Jin was at that guy's (Sun's father was 'displeased' with him) house for the first time, and said guy's daughter was watching TV, that someone we know very well was on said TV?

=)

Can't remember the guy who looked very, very similar to, let's see, oh yes, Hurley? Well, here's a hint. H-u-r-l-e-y.

=D

I might have been seeing things, but I'm sure it was Hurley. I'm sure.

*Hopes so, anyway, as otherwise, shall look like an utter idiot*

Pretty good eppy, although we didn't learn much about Jin. Damn, why they gotta make Sawyer the bad guy again? Even as the bad guy I love him to death, lol.

Previews look sooooo exciting! More of the "Others"...yay! And looks like Hurley's gonna get captured by the gun-toting French woman and her band of merry men? Yipes.

Thu Feb 24, 2005 5:16 am

I noticed that the person on the tv looked alot like Hurley as well!
Whew! Glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that heh.

But anyway...I really liked this episode.
We got to see that Jin really isn't a bad guy, he's just... sad  I felt like giving the poor guy a big hug.
Still curious why he didn't go to his wife at the end. I'm hoping they get back together though.

And was I the only one who was screaming "Don't do it Sayid!!!!" when him and Shannon were getting ready to kiss?
Meh.... guess it was inevitable....

And I can't wait for next week! Is it a Hurley episode? God I hope so!

AAAAUUUGH!! YOU SKANK, GET YOUR HANDS OFF HIMMMMMMMM!!!

^-- My reaction through each one of their scenes, except when Boone told Sayid the truth about her and he was all "Dang... maybe she's not that hot after all." Then I was all "YES! Now go get it on with someone WORTHY of your sexyness!!"

Well, from what it says in next weeks TV Guide, next week is Hurley's eppy, and in it we learn that he's a multimillionaire from winning the lottery. So, maybe when the little girl was watching him on the tv, it was the news showing the winner of a big lottery. If the lottery was big enough, it'd be news in other countries.

This is what it says about next weeks show:

That hulking jokester Hurley who has quietly emerged as a fan favorite, has been conspicuously absent recently. But tonight we get his long-awaited backstory.
For starters, it's revealed that Hurley's a multimillionaire, thanks to a lottery payoff. Trouble is, the win has cursed him with family tragedies. More troubling is that the lottery picks that made him rich match numbers on a map Sayid got from the enigmatic Rousseau- a discovery that sends Hurley off into the jungle on a dangerous quest

And is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that Hurley is the only one without a buddy. Everyone else seems to have a buddy but him.

Lock and Boone, Locke and Walt, Micheal and Walt, Kate and Jack, Kate and Sawyer, Sayid and Shannon, Boone and Shannon, Jin and Sun, Claire and Charlie.

A few even have more than one buddy. Why doesn't Hurley?
