Keep your hair on, Elliot's going next week. -sigh-

Presence doesn't really make you great. Paris butchered those songs pretty badly (well the first one) and in my opinion, her presence was next to nothing as well. She just hadn't been doing that well the last couple of weeks. She's not bad, but she had too many mistakes the last couple of weeks for people not to notice and act on them. Kellie screwed up pretty badly on a single son gtoo, and she was out just like that. Butcher things this far in the show, and you're out fairly quickly.

Also, while I think Elliot's going next week, I think Taylor's pretty close to him as far as support and votes go, so if either Elliot does well or Taylor doesn't, Taylor could be gone, though, truthfully, I think anyone could go at any time.

No, their fanbases are not even close. Taylor's is actually one of the largest this year, on par or possibly even greater than Chris' (which is incredibly large). Elliott and Katharine are probably closer than Elliott and Taylor.

I kind of knew Paris was going home. I don't think she sings all that good. Thankfully Taylor is still in the game! Next week I hope Elliot goes.

What appeal does Taylor have? Seiszures on stage? Elliot has no appeal as well. I could see him doing the christian rock thing. Chris. Chris would just be another rockstar out there. Katharine is just fresh and awesome. She's my idol.

The official polls and the AIM polls are pretty different.

Taylor with 16%, Chris with 16% and Katharine was in the lead with a whopping 42%.

Although, I am sad to see Paris go. I was hoping it would come down to Paris, Chris and Katherine. Ah well.

Is that just on the forum though, or are there official results there? I've been looking for a poll or something that's actually reliable for a long time now, if there is such a thing. x_x

Personally I would have liked to see Paris in the final three too, but I knew she was going to go after singing that Prince song that I hate so much. The song jinxed her! =O (well, actually, I don't know if anything would have prevented it). She started out very well, and probably one of my favorites in the beginning, but as time went on, she start over-singing everything.

Well. Taylor's board has 450,000 posts on it. Elliott's has around 130,000. That's gotta count for something. Actually, Chris' has around 130,000 too, but his board just got tens of thousands of posts deleted, so that's different.

Another count is that Elliott has been in the bottom three several times; Taylor's never been there.

I bet Taylor's board is just full of people who only post in that board. Jk! Who has the most poster variety?

You guys know VFTW (Votefortheworst) supports Taylor now? They don't think he sucks, they just think he's weird and funny and want to see him win because he doesn't fit the AI "mold." I definitely agree with the whole "not fitting the AI mold" thing. I know he's not going to win (I'm STILL sticking by my statement that he will be #3), but I'd kind of HATE to see him release a cd produced by 19 Entertainment. I mean, look what they did to Bo Bice! He has a great voice and style, and have you heard his single and CD? :/ I still like him, but I hate how they produced it and like sold it.

Random VFTW Comment: (VFTW is actually pretty funny with their commentaries. I love their 'glossary' and how they have nicknames for people, like Justin Guarini is "Sideshow Bob" because he looks like Sideshow Bob from the Simpsons :P)

That group performance was boring. >_< It reminded me of one of those things where a bunch of celebrities get together and sing a song to raise money for some charity or cause something. (You know what I mean?)

Also, I don't see what the big deal about Elliot is. He is definitely NOT one of the best male vocalists ever on AI like Simon said. I mean, he's good, but doesn't have much personality or anything.

OH yeah, I forgot to mention that about Taylor the other day. He's a great performer, but who could seriously listen to his songs (if he made a CD), without the visuals and think the same way as they do watching AI? I think he's great for TV, since you can see him, but I couldn't imagine him making a CD that's pleasurable to listen to.

I want Taylor to win, only because I know the producers will be SCREWED when they have to make his album.

It will SUCK. I doubt anyone would buy it. I mean, seriously, would you listen to his bland voice without the images of him falling back on the AI stage? That's what I thought. He REFUSES to do anything contemporary (Beatles cop-out--pfft). His album sales will fail, tremendously.

I like that he has a personality unlike Katherine or Elliot.
I also like his singing voice.

I will draw again, for the umpteenth time, the Taylor/Paku-sama parallel. Paku Romi is not a GREAT singer. She's okay. Her voice is sort of rough, and a lot lower than what you hear on most women. But she has PERSONALITY. She's good at what she does, and no matter what song it is, you always get the sense that she's very into it.

Taylor is the same way with his performances, and that's why he has a fanbase. I would love nothing more than to see him win, just because I think he deserves it. He doesn't stress about his image or anything (at least on camera), and he just goes out, does what he's going to do, and if America doesn't like it, oh well.

I respect that.

But in the world we live in today, do you seriously think Taylor would win?
