I've heard a lot about it, but have yet to see it. Something about a guy going on a complete McDonalds diet, right?

The doctor on it said he was managing to destroy his liver with fat in the same way you would with alcohol, he didn't think it was possible.

I don't think I'll ever be able to eat fast food after I see it, if I ever do. (Well, at least not for a month.)

30 days, and he ONLY ate food served at McDonalds. And whenever they asked to Supersize, he made a rule to accept it.

then again, if you ate a years worth of...oh... carrots, in a moth youd give your liver a pretty good kicking that way too.

I never eat fast food, so it doesnm't apply to me, lol. But it proves how choices affect your weight.

Random fact, my cousin would only eat carrots as a child and his skin turned a pigment of orange. O__O;

I just checked out this movie's website. Must...rent...must satisfy curiousity.
