Yes! No more little kids clapping at the end of the movie!!

...

But seriously, pg-13. Oh no, the scary dragon will corrupt our youth?

Unfair, who the hell would clap anyway? The films completely suck to the books.

Considering the movies that get a PG-13 rating nowadays (PG-13=new rated R)...
I think this is hilarious!! Wonder what sorta violence there's gonna be... or "frightening images" :P
Meh oh well.. No big deal... even if it was rated R you'd still have parents taking their kids to see it... a PG-13 rating isn't goingt o hurt it at all... it might even help it some.

I'm hoping this means there's some Hermione/Krum scene :D

But yeah, it's probably because the graveyard might be kinda graphic and stuff, y'know? And the tasks might be gruesome too.

I'm glad of that decision though I can't say I'm suprised. On one level I think it's good as GoB is a big jump in darkness from the previous books so that means it isn't going to be toned down - hurrah. And on another level I'm pleased too as my youngest brother will know the score before he goes to see it - PoA scared him witless with the werewolf which was not the man in a hairy suit he had been expecting. This way my older younger brother will know it's cool for him and my youngest brother won't have to pretend to be brave in the cinema if he doesn't want to :)

AAAAHHH, THE BIG SCARY DRAGON IS GOING TO EAT ME! I WANT MY MOMMYYYYYYY!

But yeah, the graveyard is probably the reason why. with wormtail losing his hand and all...

It's only a hand, and he gets a new one. A better one that could kill Lupin.

PG-13 Big deal, not suprise there.
I doubt it will stop anyone under 13 from seeing it somehow.

Oh no of course not. Older friends bring them in, parents, sneaking in, the people just not caring who they let in...
Anyway, I'm glad it's PG-13, even though the movies are still terrible. At least it won't be kid-ified to the point of no return.

Hopefully this will prevent the young kids that go in and talk and kick your seat and throw popcorn at you. This makes me happy, because it means they obviously haven't made the scenes more "acceptable" for younger audiences.

I can't wait to see it! The other three movies were okay, but not as good as the books. I hope they try to keep more to the plot though.

Maybe there's some kissing scenes... XD... but it's probably the graveyard thing, like everyone else said.

I don't really like the movies though. I thought the third one was just... bad... I mean, when they go under the Whomping Willow they're wearing like SWEATERS instead of robes!! That just completely destroyed the movie for me... for some reason =P.

Me too. I'm not that in to Harry Potter, though I've seen all of the movies, and just seeing those kids in regular clothing kind of ruined it. It took away from the whole "fantasy" aspect.

But meh, oh well.
