- Any band/artist is able to compete (Ranging from as old as Queen to as new as Taylor Hicks). The only thing is that they most have songs with English lyrics. No foreign music, unless they have broken the language barrier or are widely known by people. (Examples, Utada Hikaru and Ayumi Hamasaki)
- You may suggest artists/bands to compete.

Prince definately, he is a legend, and The Fray will be probably be a one-hit wonder.

Also, Prince is one person, a group. (It says "Their singles include")

Sun Feb 04, 2007 6:12 pm

Whoops, I'm sorry.
Must still be thinking back to the days with Sheila E. and all those others... </excuses>

XD

Sun Feb 04, 2007 6:17 pm

Prince is overrated. *hides*

So...The Fray I guess.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 7:08 pm

The Fray

I have never cared much about Prince's music.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 7:18 pm

I ended up having to go with The Fray, despite the fact that I greatly dislike them. I dislike Prince just a little bit more.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 7:31 pm

*sings* Don't have to be rich to be my vote!
Don't have to be trendy to wear a purple coat!

Okay, that was a horrible rhyme. I'm gonna go listen to old Prince albums now.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 8:02 pm

Prince! "Tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999!"

Sun Feb 04, 2007 8:57 pm

Prince is such a weirdo. "Kiss" is the only worthwhile song he's ever come up with. Plus now apparently he's some creepy religious guy or whatever.

So I voted for The Fray.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 9:17 pm

:P To me, Prince has always seemed like... a wannabe Michael Jackson. He's just always gave me that impression. Either way, I'm still pretty split on who to vote for. Maybe I won't vote at all.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 9:21 pm

The Fray gets my vote.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 9:44 pm

Prince, hands down.

Hello?!?! I wanna be your lover?!?! He's a legend, and no he's not OVERRATED.

It's the Fray who is, seriously, wow, they have this alright song, and then they have to leave it up to a show for success, seriously had Grey's not used it, it wouldn't have the success its had with 'How to Save a Life'. They're not bad, they just have a long way to go.

Sun Feb 04, 2007 10:13 pm

Prince. He's a seriously talented dude.

Mon Feb 05, 2007 12:19 am

Prince. I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't really listened to much of his work, but The Fray annoys me.

Mon Feb 05, 2007 12:52 am

Same opinion as Alex. My vote goes to the tiny purple dude who at one point changed his name into a symbol. :P
