Well, it's inevitable. There are always going to be those bands that seem uber-popular when their first song comes out, but by the time the second single hits the radio everyone has forgotten about them. List the ones you can think of here!

Eiffel 65 - 'Blue'

is the one I can remember the most.

In some ways Wheatus are kinda a one hit wonder, they had a few hit songs off their album, released a second album, which flopped, then faded away. :/ I like Wheatus though, but never mind.

Ok Go - Get Over It
OPM - Heaven Is A Halfpipe (well, they had another song, but that was rubbish in my opinion, and I never heard anything from them again)

Can't think of anymore at the moment. o_O

I have heard of creating a second single but it hasn't been popular.

that one song. the CD says "tubthumping chumbawumba" or something like that and I can never tell which is the band and which is the CD title. but it's like... "I get knocked down, but I get up again, you're never gonna keep me down.." hehe.

oh, and Deep Blue Something - Breakfast at Tiffany's

also, that "Who Let The Dogs Out" song. I thought that song was amusing.
