Nah, not really, since I have so many different genres of music and different types on it, and some that only a VERY low amount of people have heard (such as music off of a personal website)

I guess I do when I have my 3-4 song WMP Playlists, since the songs have been rather mainstream and popular lately.

I'm pretty sure that hardly anyone would have my playlist. There's not that much people who even know what the game is beatmania, which is some of my playlist, then there's some uber-random stuff.

I do see a lot of people who listen to most of the stuff I listen to on last.fm though...

I doubt anyone has all the Digimon music I have in one playlist, plus all the other stuff I have on that playlist, not exactly.

And for my other playlist: no one's going to have a playlist made up solely of Kym and Theresa Sokyrka.
Well, me, but no one else.

Impossible.

I've got a few...gifts on my iPod that were never released into the wilds of the internet...there is only one other person who could potentially have the exact same library. But he doesn't own an mp3 player.

I dunno. I never find people who listen to the same music as me, but I suppose if someone did, it would be possible. Well, I've got a few cds that don't fit it, but most of it does.

Nope. I have over 680 songs. Impossible :P

I've wondered about other things (books I own, etc.), but never about my music library- it's far too large and extensive to ever possibly be duplicated, unknowingly, by someone else.

I definitely know that there is no other person that could have the same music library as me. Some recordings are me or friends. There are only two, possibly three people who have those recordings, and I know that those people definitely don't listen to all the same music as me.

I have quite a few songs, but normally when I listen to music I listen to the same two artists or so, so probably.

its more of a faith/magical/romantic belief kinda thing, not scientific/technical/possible thing, y'know?

Sat Feb 24, 2007 9:10 pm

Now, I'm all for faith / Magic / Romance and all, but it doesn't sit right with me.
Although I would love to meet the weirdo with the same Music library as me.

It's possible, but I don't know anyone personally who can go from heavy metal to bubblegum pop and still be shockingly indie at the same time.

Yeah, I think my music might be a bit too eclectic for that to ever happen - after all, who else in the world would actually want the CDs of my choir and also happen to have everything else that I have on my ipod? Chances are slim to none.

That being said, I do often wonder if there's someone else out there with the same tastes in music (in general) that I have; so far, I've found people that match me in certain genres but I'm afraid I've never met anyone with the same passion for impressionist/modernist music that I've developed.

Though my playlist is not nearly as big as most of the ones I've seen, I highly doubt anyone has anything similar. In fact, I know no one else has anything similar.
