Don't suppose anyone here is a slayer fan? I have a couple of freinds who are really into that sort of music, so they kinda got me hooked on slayer and soilwork.
Favourite Slayer song would be Bloodline or God Send Death, Raining blood is cool too. Soilwork would be smurf Chain but i only have one of their albums.

I'm not keen on Slayer, although Slipknot's new stuff is listenable. I'm not usually into heavy stuff but my mates are in a metal band and by going to their practices, they've got me into heavier stuff. I mean I like Pantera for Bob's sake! Lol

I like some heavy stuff, mainly Dimmu Borgir, due to a few of my friends being into all this black metal and death metal.
Death metal ~ about souls and death (duh)
Black metal ~ about anti-christ, unrelgious beliefs etc
In case anyone wanted to know the difference. lol.

They have some good songs in South of Heaven, Rainign Blood and ngel of Death but I'm not a massive fan.

The best. at least for me, i've been a hardcore fan of them for a while. Nothing better to listen to, just vent out some anger with and hear some great fast(est?) playing guitar/drum work their is, PanterA comes with a close second, I just got their new dvd still reigning, and they're still tearing it up!! (If you can't handle that whammy bar, and Jeff and Kerry's 200bpm guitar work, in about every song.. then Slayer isn't for you
