Tribute to Reggie White

Reggie White played on the Philadelphia Eagles, Carolina Panthers, and the Green Bay Packers for 15 years. This morning, on December 26th, 2004, his wife announced his death at the age of 43. For two years, from 1997-98, he was the NFL Defensive Player of the Year. He retired a couple years back. Some say he was the most feared defensive player in the NFL. He was taken to the hospital but then died in his sleep. It's sad that a great defensive player had to go. But we all know that he is happy up there in heaven

Died in his sleep, but still, it wasn't peaceful. Massive heart attack caused it.

Very sad. Just hope it doesn't happen again to any other football player. I got a screensaver from the Green Bay Packers website. It's very cool!

WE will miss you very much Reggie White, hero on the field and off. You were great. 170+ sacks! We will miss you much.
