My friend lent me his and it was sooooooo funny! XD Its this chinese version though, so I dont know what the characters are called in english. >.>

I adore Chiyo, she is SO cute!! Besides from Chiyo I really like Sakaki because: a) she's so cool XD b) modest and c) SHE LIKES KITTIES! ^^ (So do I, if you haven't noticed

) I love the mountain cat. >.< eek, so sweet it melts me.

I love Azumanga Dioh. I really like Osaka. We are alot alike just ask my friends. I am extremley spacey. And I'll say things out of nowhere. It is just a really good anime. My fave episode I have seen so far has got to be the new years dream one. I love Osaka and sakaki's dreams. The sports and spring festaviel ones are always good too. :battar:

Oh and alot of the quotes I like come from yukari like the one. "neighborhood is how far you can walk in flipflops without killing your feet" I love that one.

I'm aquiring the entire show at the moment and have currently watched episodes one to five.

I have to say its been quite a while since I've laughed consistantly throughout a show. (this was all typed whilst still focusing on the other half od my screen watching episode five XD )

I've seen the entire series {multiple times} and I own the manga + a few of the discs. I love this show. It's adorable. I always feel bad for Sakaki

Lucky I hate you that is so unfair! Yeah I feel sorry for Sakaki too. I like the mountian cat.

I have all of the manga and the first 3 dvds with the fourth on the way. My girls get such a kick out of this show. ^.^ They love the opening song as well.

I just watched the whole series this weekend. Wow. I really love it, although I wish there was a bit more Kaorin in it. I just loved her. ^_^ She and Sakaki were easily my favorite characters, although I adore Osaka and Kurosawa-sensei as well. Tomo and Yukari tended to get on my nerves though.

I might have to get the manga for this one. I tend to avoid them, simply due to the price, and I always find myself wondering just how much has been changed when they've been translated into English. I'm trying to get the courage (and money!) to get the Japanese versions, but I know it'll be a pretty tough road for me to translate them, as it's been 2.5 years since I last took a Japanese class. Or I might just give in and get the English versions, if there aren't too many. ^_-

[edited to fix Yukari's name... I just can't get it right for some reason!]

The manga is only four books long. It's very short. The English version wasn't all that different from the Japanese version. They have "editor's notes" in the back to explain differences, etc.

I just recently got the first volume, and I'm dying for the second. If I can spare some money, I'll get the anime DVDs. Sakaki is the best, she reminds me of myself. (Her mixed with a little Osaka.) I loved the parts where Osaka keeps dreaming of Chiyo's hair. X3 And that perverted teacher is great!

What's really weird, is Kimura...has a *gulp* wife. o__O
