I noticed that the sailormoon page has zero info on this series. Here's the low down.
Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon or PGSM was released by Bandai around 2003. The storyline is somewhat similar to the manga but with multiple changes, in order to keep fans from being bored.
And it's LIVE. Think Power Rangers, although I would rather think sentai, but with 5 very kawaii girls in sailor costumes. WEE!!!
Yes it is only available in Japanese. However the entire series have been fansubbed by tvnihon. http://www.tvnihon.com/fansub/sailormoon.html

Ah my best friend gave me a sticker of the live action sailor moon. Hehee, she got it from her penpal in Japan.
I've seen screenshots of this show, and I wish it was brought to other countries. I mean how cool would it be to watch Sailor Moon with REAL people?
