Aww...I didn't think so. I thought he looked like a cute little boy. ^_^v I don't think he looks like a girl as a teen either...I just think he strongly resembles Kitsune in a male form. ^_^ With his eyes actually open, he looks like Tezuka though.
I prefer Kitsune-Fuji.
