The above picture is a flashback from the next chapter (403). A while ago, a Naruto bunshin met up with Itachi in the woods, but we never really found out what happened between them until now.

He revealed himself to Kisame, and then Kisame referred to him as both Mizukage AND Madara.
I was still kinda hoping it was Obito. XD

...my question is this: why's Team Seven (or I guess it's technically the Eight-Man Team now) back in Konoha? Last I knew, they were looking for Team Snake.

Also...Sasugay says he's gonna kill the elders.

I think by elders, he means Danzo, maybe Tsunade, and all the eighty-somethings in the village.

I figured Tsunade, but I was thinking by elder he meant Hokage, and that was confusing me 'cos there's only one alive now...I think. XD

First of all Team 7 lost Sasuke's trail, so they went back to Konoha. Secondly the elders are Danzou, and Tsunade's two old advisors. (The lady and the guy who never open their eyes?)

They all seem to be like that. It'll probably be another 6 months before they tell us what the code actually says.
