Naruto is one of the funniest and coolest anime i have seen so far.

I doubt that some groups will stop subbing it due to its popularity, though.

This news is terrible. I'm scared that the American people are going to screw it up terrible, how are you suppose to explain "sexy-nu-jutsu" to young kids....?!?! Taking this from another person, our beloved Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura, will now become Nathan, Stephan, and Stephanine....=(

You worry too much.... I seriously doubt they change the names like that (it think in some cases Cartoon Network is beyond that now) Likely because ShoPro/Viz is handling the property.... it's going to be treated like the manga is in Shonen Jump (of course they [Viz] mangled some of the -jutsus)

Its been confirmed to cartoon network and speculated to be placed into prime time, this means that it'll be aimed at 8-14 year old and it will be heavily edited. Kage Bunshin will be called something like 'Cloning technique' considering many 8-14 year old have no clue what a doppleganger is (and it still sounds bad).
The issue of whether it'll still be avaliable and whether people will download it is simple, it'll be subbed, it'll be downloaded. To get to episode 122 (released today) it'll take 2-3 years and the DVDs would cost $1209 NZ dollars (up to 122) for me. Naturally I wouldnt buy episodes I already have, and I'm not waiting 3 years to buy episodes I havent seen. Everyone remembers the 'uncut' dragonball z videos and dvds were still cut.
