Sadly, a Shonen Jump! manga from October 2003 >.<

Though relief is coming; my Pen Pal in Japan just mailed me an Inuyasha manga, it should be arriving any day now.

Eeeeeee! OK, well, for roughly the past two weeks I've been trying to read a book a day to get me through the rather large collection Jas has bought. ;) Please note that since Jas was buying, both shonen and shojo titles have been mixed in. :P Since I don't remember exactly which series I read in which order, here we go alphabetically:

Bambi - sweet romantic 1 book story (note Bambi is a princess, not deer)

Cosplay Koromo-Chan - Funny! reminds me alot of Azumanga Dioh

Crayon Shinchan - Vol. 9 & 10 - more crazy antics :) a fun read, but more in the style of american comics like garfield and such, although a bit more edgy

Crusher Joe - a few disjointed episodes in one book, but great to read classics! (pub 1979 in Japan) very similar to robotech/early gundam

Darkstalkers - The Rise of The Dark Ones - Vol 1 - great read, especially considering that its characters from a PS1 game ;)

Heat Guy J - based on the anime, this is a great introduction to the series... too bad its only the start... gotta watch the rest ;)

Inu Yasha - Vol. 22 - Inu Yasha gets the red Tetsuiaga =)

Juline - Vol 1-5 - its a shojo/martial arts drama! coolness! good read for either guys or girls... just wish i could see it in full color :(

Lost World / Metropolis / Nextworld Vol. 1-2 - Osamu Tezuka's classic masterpieces... a must read for anyone serious about manga

Maburaho - Vol. 1 - the Tenchi plot gimmick (one guy, many girls) strikes again, but very well done

The Missing White Dragon - A collection of short stories based on Asian fairy tales, very well done

My Code Name is Charmer - Vol 1 & 2 - good story... but not fair! Ironcat went under, and this series just cuts off

Over The Rainbow - Good intentions, but very choppy, holes in the plot

Popcorn Romance - another sweet one

Scrapped Princess - Vol. 1 - Fun so far

WarCraft Dragon Hunt - Vol. 1 - very well done, eagerly awaiting the sequel

EDIT: I finished Shaolin Sisters vol. 1-5 - Juline was better (same main char, diff setting/world) and this kinda ends unfinished... need to read Shaolin Sisters Reborn, I guess ;)

Shaolin Sisters Reborn - Vol. 1 & 2 - yay! better than Shaolin Sisters, but a continuation of the previous series... after having read Sailor Moon (many years ago) all i can think of is SM when its the whole "superheros born again relearning their memories and powers to fight off an evil presence taking power from ordinary people to be reborn" shtick... of course, even the origional dragonball/dbz series used that to an extent (Goku and King Piccolo, later Buu) :P. Still a good read tho :)

[and more :P]

Revirth - Vol. 8-11 - wow, I forgot how good this story was! Still in the flashback, but vol 11 finally reveals how friendship becomes rivalry!

Shaman King chapter 1 & 2. Is Manta supposed to be a child prodigy, or does he just have horribly stunted growth?

Fruits Basket chapters 1 through 3. Mmm...the boys are even yummier than they were in the anime. So is Hana-chan. <3

DNAngel chapter 1. Umm...The similarities to St. Tail are rather making me not want to read anymore. I really couldn't get into that anime, and I'm not so sure about this manga. But then again, the guys are really cute... ^_- And so is Hisa! <3

Both, but mostly the second one :P

Fruits Basket vol. 10. I SWEAR I'll get around to reading vol. 1 someday!

Shaman King chapter 3. It hasn't really caught my attention too much, but obviously I'll read a bit more. ^_^

Also Fruits Basket chapter 4. Pretty people... *_*
