So you know how I said I was kind of liking The House on Mango Street? That was before I got to the chapter about the clowns. You can forget I even made my previous post.

Still reading Native Son and Catch-22 for English and still hating both of them (well, for Native Son it's more a total indifference, but still), but I got Watchmen and another book that I don't want to mention because it is WAY TOO GEEKY (okay. Lost Mind Games. A book really written for pretty much only the truly obsessive hardcore fans, and only available through directly buying it from the author on Amazon. But I refuse to be ashamed!) in the mail from Amazon this week, so as soon as I am caught up on homework... GEEK-OUT TIME.

The rest of my order from Amazon was all three seasons of Lost soundtracks (I got the first two, preordered the third), Bad Twin, World War Z, and, not really geeky but still very much apocalypticish, How I Live Now, because I have no idea how I don't already own it, as it's one of my favorite books evar.

So yeah. My previous obsession with Lost has kind of gone overboard. I blame the second half of season 3, season 4, the mobisodes, my new (two months old?) subscription to the official podcast, the discovery of Lostpedia and 4815162342.com... And the end of my previous hardcore-to-the-point-of-it-being-scary-to-other-humans obsession, Harry Potter. Clearly, RIP to that but ONWARDS. Keep calm and carry on to your next destination in the South Pacific. :D

And this really evolved beyond a simple 'What are you reading' post. Hmm.

I just read twilight and new moon. I need to read eclipse and host.

I just love these books so far. Edward <3

Well, and Jacob doesn't sound bad either. <3

Oh and there will be a movie version of Twilight this December. I hope the movie is ever bit as dark as the book, and not too kid friendly, actually, so they don't have to leave out parts.

The same guy who played Cedric Diggory is going to be Edward, so it can't be too bad! I probably jumped on the bandwagon a little late. I mean, I just heard of the series so I can't say I was a fan from way back. But at least I am on the wagon now.

Grimm's Fairy Tales, which are less gruesome than expected. I'm also in the middle of Much Obliged, Jeeves, which I shockingly hadn't realized existed until last weekend.
