Martial Arts SuDoKu, anyone?

Anyone else buy into this series?

For those who don't know, Martial Arts SuDoKu is a series of palm sized books full of SuDoKu challenges and tips for playing. Right now, there are only 9 books in the series, but more should be coming (from what's I've read).

Ah! When did the Sudoku boom happen anyway?

I turned around one day and saw everyone doing them! :o

I saw Martial Arts Sudoku at B&N once. Found it funny that they had karate belts on the covers.
But it looked no different from most Sudoku books I saw out there ^^;

SuDoKu became started becoming popular in the US around the middle of 2005. It really picked up once all the game mags stated that Brain Age (DS) would have SuDoKu puzzles a few months ago. Once this happened, lots of people looked it up and got addicted to the game.

The belt levels are just for show, mostly. Some of the puzzles in the level one books are harder than ones at the end of the level nine books.
