Well, I had an audition for the Jeopardy!: Teen Tournament the other day, and I missed a question about Emily Bronte. It asked who the heroine from her famous novel was. Well, of course, I didn't know the famous novel (Wuthering Heights). I didn't know the famous heroine (Catey).
But I gave it an educated guess. Turns out the heroine of Bronte's novel isn't exactly Nancy Drew.

This is probably going to make Cheese fairly Jealous...good on you, were you picked?

Wow! Lucky you! I've always wanted to be on Jeopardy!
It's too bad about that question, but at least you got a chance.

Wow, I would never have gotten that one. Well, sometimes life isn't fair *pats back.*

At least you gave it a cracking good try, and made it a funny guess. XD I would've guessed "Harry Potter".

I would have said "who?" likely. x.x;;
I've never heard of the book(s).

Thats cool, is there possibility of still getting through, or is it one of those jacked up one try deals.

Good luck! Did you see anyone else audition? And where did you audition? Fill me in. ^^ I'm very unlikely to try out for something like this, though. Probably an "Idol" competition in my area, but definitely not a Jeapordy thing. They'd ask me something like "What's the color of the sky?" and I'd just blank out and faint.

I hope you make it past the auditions.
Good Luck to you!

I wouldn't have gotten it. Tough question.

Hey thats cool! Hopefully, you'll get picked. Personally, I'm to scared to go on shows like that cause of fear of freezing up forgeting answers.

Hey, that's cool... I was on the Kids Tournament a couple of years ago; no idea how I passed the test really.
Don't worry, it doesn't matter if you missed one question - I think it's more about your presence, and what they're looking for.
Still....Nancy Drew? o_O

Naw, I didn't pass. Sadly. I missed too many questions to pass. (You had to get 35/50... and those questions were HARD!) Out of 70 kids at the audition, 9 passed the written test. That's a helluva little. XD
And yeah, Starchaser... that was my same expression. I had no idea what to guess. XD

My Final Jeopardy! Question was "Who just turned 18, has a brother named Harry, and a dog named Pigwidgeon?"
The answer was Prince William; I ended up not putting anything, but for some reason I kept thinking, "Harry Potter?"

Now why on earth would you think
that?!?!?!?!?!
I've never heard of that book, so I defiantly would've gotten it wrong.
