The Old Man and the Sea. Hemingway, of course. Let's just say this guy obviously wasn't writing for word count. ;)

Since my library is lame and doesn't have any of the Albert Camus works that I want, I picked up these instead:

State of Fear, Michael Crichton
The Amber Spyglass, Philip Pullman
Titus Andronicus, William Shakespeare

Don't be afraid to see the truth, even if no one wants you to. Be yourself and not a fool. Don't ever be afraid to speak your mind and listen to criticism. Dissent is keeps our country progressive and willingness to challenge yourself is what keeps yourself ever evolving.

Re-reading A Tale of Two Cities, and still plowing through Crime and Punishment. I never used to read this slow. (I never used to have so little time.)

After The Fact: The Art Of Historical Detection (Volume 1, Second Edition) by James West Davidson and Mark Hamilton Lytle.

This book has already changed my perspective and expanded my understanding of what "history" actually is.

I'm just finishing Indrustrial Magic, by Kelley Armstrong. If anyone has read any of her books, tell me because I'll love you forever!

Then I have to start both Brave New World by Aldous Huxley and King Lear by Shakespeare for school. Not looking forward to either, really. o_O

Just finished The Da Vinci Code for the 2nd time, I think I'm going to start 'The Secret History', by Donna Tartt, again, for the 6th? time. I'm truly obsessed with this book. Other things I have read (or re-read) lately: 'The Discovery of Heaven' by Harry Mullisch, but since I'm Belgian, the original, Dutch version (3rd, 4th? time) / 'Jennifer Government', by Max Barry / 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' by Oscar Wilde (2nd time) / HP and the Philosopher's Stone (3rd time) / HP and the Order of the Phoenix (have read the others, but only own these two) / lots of other things.
