OK, I am a somewhat clueless person when it comes to computers, but I know a bit. Now this seems a bit general, but I am having a little trouble with installing Apache. When I click the mirror download link, I'll get the gigantic list of links, directories, and all that. But exactly what do I do after that? Sorry that this may seem obvious

Click any mirror that you choose, preferrably one closest to you. You may need BitTorrent to open the file.
When it's downloaded, it should hopefully come with instructions.

Every host I've used already has Apache installed, so I can't help you with installing it, but there should hopefully be instructions (and if it's like YaBB, in three different languages) that will come with it, that should guide you through it. :D

Just out of curiosity, who are you hosting with?

Think you're looking at the page listing all of the Apache projects when you're looking for a specific one. If you're looking the Apache HTTP server to install on (presumably) Windows, pick any of the .msi links on this page.

I host my site with Powweb and am using Apache for my phpBB forum. I don't know if they have Apache installed already, but I'm doing it just to make sure. (I haven't downloaded phpBB yet, but am getting all of the software and things ready)

Thanks Hunter Lupe for the links! It should work fine :)
