I was wondering if anybody has this laptop and if graphics work well with it.
Does it work well with photoshop or coral painter programs?
Examples of drawings done with this tablet laptop would be nice (:

I have a HP tablet, but I don't know if it's within the same series you're describing.

I have both Photoshop and Illustrator on here and it works pretty well with both. Except the thing is, I haven't figure out how to make the brush/pen pressure sensitive under Photoshop (even though the pen is pressure sensitive under 'Windows Journal').

As for drawings...does it matter that I majoring in an art school? (so my drawings may be a bit on the "above average" biased side?) I guess to answer that: Yes, it does work better than a mouse.

Hey Zilary! Once again, thanks (:
The review on my portfolio was really detailed and good.
Thank you so much for the effort and time, much appreciated.

As for the notebook, it runs on a passive digitalizer.
I heard that it doesnt work too well for inking though.
But I needed an opinion from somebody studying graphics, I got it mainly to
start learning how to draw graphics and all.
Instead of just working with images online and stuff.
With the pen's senstivity, I dont think it at be adjusted at the moment, as its a passive digitalizer. I do hope hp starts making or selling pressure sensitive styluses that is compatable
to their tablet notebooks.

What is the model of the hp notebook you using at the moment?

The url of the notebook is below. Contains quite a number details on the functions and all.
Its under the tx1000 series of the hp tablet laptops.

I have something relatively similar to this one. It is pressure sensitive, just I haven't learned how to turn it on under Photoshop.

Sorry, I'm not computer-savvy enough to really know what a "passive digitalizer" is, but if you're looking for something graphic-wise to ink and draw well, I would highly recommend getting a Mac with a Wacom tablet. (I would get one if I have enough money saved up after all this college tuition and art supplies). Wacom's are amazing. But personally, the BEST practice is on plain ol' pencil and paper/sketchbook. It's one thing to learn how to manipulate images, but I still prefer drawing my own images on paper and then scanning them in.
