PPT ads- also if possible computer parental control bypass

:x Every time a click on a link it says it is not rated, the parental controls on XP. Even when I click a smiley it says it's not rated. Anyway to bypass it? Also, it keeps saying google syndication ads-?!

Please, this is needed.

Could you be a little more specific? Is a window popping up, or does it appear when you hover your mouse over it?
