Where to find it?!

A month or so ago, I downloaded a program called "Visual Boy Advance" for my brother. You could play games (GBA Games) with this program. My brother had a blast playing this and now, I come to find that it was apparently removed from my computer.

I'm not sure if someone deleted it or what happened, but is there anyway to retrieve this file? I don't know if there's a place for things to go from the recycling bin is there?

I love my VBA. Very useful when I wanna play Pokemon but am sick of battling (I can fast forward).

Just Google it again. Although it is illegal to keep the ROM for more than 24 hours unless you own the game in real life.
