All I'm trying to do is make my background fixed... so it floats, you know.. .and doesn't repeat.. isn't the code supposed to be body background="URL HERE" bgproperties="fixed", including the little "<" thingies? It's not letting me do it, and I don't understand what I've done wrong.. can anyone help a girl out?
