Need help coding a guild layout

Well DM! and gang made me a fabulous layout, so now I need help coding it... Here's the layout. Thanks in advance!!

I made two versions, one with the regular scrollers and one with a custom scroller...
This is only about 1800 characters long...
This one is about 2700 characters long. Try tweaking around the colors a little to your liking.

It's perfect, Sage, thanks sooo much! 
I'm going to see if DM will resize the layout (I didn't realize how small it was, lol!), but I can tweak the code to fit it, I think. Thank you so much!!
Edit: Hooray! It looks wonderful! Finally got a bigger version from DM and fiddled with the coding to make it perfect! Thanks again sage! Hope you got my gifts!
