What are everyone's feelings about Nuetral Hackers? I feel that as long as they don't hack me, or don't do damage/spy, I'm ok with 'em.

its someone who hacks for the benifit of others (they fix holes).

Not strictly speaking. That would be a Whitehat.

Blackhats - Hack people.

Whitehats - Prevent people from being hacked.

Greyhats - Supposed to be a mixture of the two. Like a hacker with the morals of a Whitehatter, but with superior knowledge. Generally from dabbling in Blackhattery. Whitehats and Blackhats have been around for a long time. The term "Greyhat" was probably invented by a marketting team to set their company apart from the other Whitehatters.

Na, there's just hackers that are sorta dormant, and don't mess with anyone unless they are provoked, or one of their friends are. Then they go bezerker.

EDIT: And they help others out.
