Looking for some html technical help on Neopets.

Can anyone with at least one free pet space go to the create a pet page and do a view source?

When you bring up the source, hit Ctrl + F and search for "Welcome," you may want to delete the lines that start with "Welcome," "Pet," and "NP."

Next, hit Ctrl + F and search for "function setCookie." Delete that line and everything below it.

It's not a cookie, so it will not contain your password or anything, just the html/css/java/whatever code for the page. Once you've done all that, save it as a .txt file, and PM me for my e-mail address. I'll give it to you, you send me the .txt file, and that's that.

I fit all the requirements but...I'd like to know a tiny bit more about what I'd be doing. Secrecy is rarely ever a good thing.

I believe I fit the requirements although like Koddo said, I would like a little more clarification of what is expected with respect to the necessary html, I'd also like to know how much of my time this could potentially end up taking-up and if I'm going to have to sit around at insane hours of the night because I have to go back to Uni again soon.

OK, I just read your other topic and have to ask why you aren't using your own account to do this "experiment" with. And, if all of your pet slots are full, why not create a new account? And if you have 5 accounts (under one email address) with all pet slots filled, why not create a new email address and then a new account?

I mean, your experiment may be totally legit, but the way you have worded this and all of the secrecy stuff mentioned has made me hesitate--and pass totally on it.

Oooh...Lutari-related? I think I might..

EDIT: Wait....OK I tried but I'm not finding any line with "function setCookie"
