Browser that tells you at which date an image was uploaded?

I remember hearing of a browser which tells you when a certain image was uploaded to server and this will greatly help me in working out if any news is released or new - can anyone help? Thanks in advance

Netscape and Mozilla, IIRC. Firefox does not support this.
