tables change size when hovering links

i have no idea why this happens, but can someone please check out my userlookup? when you hover some links, the tables change size so that some of the pictures/text can't be seen. are there possible reasons?

I think it's the little line around your hovered text. It makes the text larger and thus also resizing the table. It does work on firefox (though that awesome duck cursor isn't visible)
