I'm having a truly bizarre Flash problem with Firefox. I updated my flash and shockwave tonight on both IE and FF. Suddenly, I can't play games on Neo using FF -- the games load verrrrry slowly and the games themselves are playing in severe slow-mo.
I couldn't even get FF to auto install the Flash, tried manual and got a page saying FF couldn't find the ftp for macromedia. I ended up going to the macromedia test page and that's how I got it to finally install. I can play Shockwave games from the site itself ... just nothing on Neo.
On IE I tested games on Neo and they're running fine. I have not installed the latest Microsoft update (912812), so I'm not getting the "activate" thing. And I can't get the "fix" for that as I'm not using SP2.
Win Xp SP1, IE 6, FF 1.5? (latest update done).
Do I need to uninstall FF and then reinstall it? As opposed to having just gone for the update, which was not a new or re install.
Help? Thanks!
