Reseller Hosting Plans

So I'm sitting here looking at my looming domain renewal date a few months away, when I remember that awhile back, I was looking at reseller plans.

Reseller plans basically means that you can, um, resell hosting/domains to people? So basically you get free unlimited domains. I think.

So I was wondering if someone could,

a) explain to me what are the pros/cons of reseller plans, and
b) recommend a good reseller plan/company to go with ?
