Okay, an update from my last thread.
Due to some amazing initiative from me (hoho), I was able to deduct that my network card was the problem, and after much deliberation, we ended up buying a wireless network.
Yay!
Okay, sooo. What happened next? You may be asking this question.
I may be able to answer it. I may even be able to fix it.
With the help of... PPT!! *light shines on name, dun dun dun!*
Who you gonna call, PPT? Well, no, I'd rather post here.
OKAY.
When browsing the internet in general, from time to time, about once a minute, the internet will hang, and I need to refresh to get past it.
That's not too bad, I thought.
Of course, when playing MapleStory, I get frequently (as in, about once a minute) disconnect, or the game just lags and hangs there for a minute. I then need to log in, and really, the game is currently unplayable.
How do I fix a wireless network problem like this? I have little knowledge of the subject, so all input is greatly appreciated (and MSN/Live Messenger doesn't work - I think this is a problem to do with the computer 'knowing' you, when I delete all the info it has on me, it works, but I have no contact list and need to readd them all, and would need to using another computer).
Help, please?
Updaaate: The router is a RangeMax Wireless Router, by Netgear.
MSN problem: Error code 8100030d, lots of people appear to have this problem. Cryyyyy.

I'm not totally good with computers, I am the kind of person who browses through tons of articles and manuals until I find something. Here is some stuff.
I don't know if you have been to Netgear's Support Section, but here it is:
http://kbserver.netgear.com/main.asp
Here is something about Troubleshooting Wireless Networks:
http://kbserver.netgear.com/kb_web_files/n101179.asp
Here is an article about Partial Loss of Internet Connection/Performance:
http://kbserver.netgear.com/kb_web_files/n100603.asp
Finally, here is their Email Support:

P.S. What kind of computer do you have?
P.P.S. Good luck!
