So, does anyone know of any good web design programs? Also, which do you think would be better to start with, some thing like Dreamweaver, Flash, or just a script program?

Handwritten Javascript+XHTML is the way to go.
Notepad.
It'll take you a bit to get used to it, but then you'll be going strong.

I would go with Dreamweaver or InDesign.
But I agree with Exiled that start with basic HTML, Java, and CSS (and use Photoshop to make your own graphics) then move up to Flash and whatnot.

Ok, thanks guys! *squints at HTML* I get the basic concept, but other than that, I has no idea. Anyone know any tutorial sites?

I just install stuff like wordpress, joomla etc. on my website, that may i don't have to bother too much with coding. But i still know the basics of colour,fonts,images and the like
