good luck if your not going to pay...
[...] a good host that has... unlimited bandwidth and php
those words should never be used in the same sentence mainly because it is impossible to have unlimited bandwidth because a server can only handle so much.
anyway if u wish to pay try
http://www.totalchoicehosting.com i doubt anyone can be their service. Also i doubt you'll reach the bandwidth limit.

I can host you, with your own domain or a subdomain. You dont need unlimited bandwidth, im guessing PinkPT doesnt break 30GB, but I could be wrong.
Email me at
mailto:epic@ledzic.com and ill see what I can do.

You're way off.
Exactly how much bandwidth do you need? There are few services that offer "unlimited" bandwidth with shared accounts (and if you want it for free, shared is the best you can hope for, unless you find someone with a server). If you're very serious, there are 10mbit/s and 100/mbit/s (unmetered, but capped in data transfer per second)
http://www.ev1servers.net/english/10mbps_series.asp ($199 and $1,995 respectively).

So how much then Hunter? =P
Unlimited bandwidth is impossible, noone gets enough hits to need an extradionary amount.

I doubt that forums, unless huge.. like PPT.. would need that much bw. But doesn't PPT use 300gb of bandwidth or something?

Personally, I find that hard to believe, but I was wrong before with my 30GB for the forums

Sure thing. I had to do a ton of searching before I came across a host that -- get this -- provides users of their free service unlimited bandwith AND hdd space. O.o Not only that, but you can FTP access and a choice between phpBB or IPB. Unfortunately for those who'd like to know more, the host by which provides this free service with the unbelievable package is currently not accepting new sign-ups, at least for now. I was lucky enough to sign-up before this happened, though.
Anyways, that host is exocrew. One can do a simple search on google.

Maybe you can get a friend with a good connection and a server to host you?
I have that, totally free and no bandwidth cap.
Well, they might get mad if I use up it all, but my small site doesn't do much.
It works fine for a small personal site. Although I don't get real support etc, but I really don't need it either.
