I'm not sure if this goes here.

But Is it hard to F-disk? I want to clean my whole computer, download a different windows, because I dislike Windows XP. I want to put it back to Wind98.

If its not to Difficult could someone tell me how?

i always thought fdisk was a unix command. You could just put in the win 98 install disks and format it through there.

I also believe format c: (in DOS) does something similiar

Since these are no longer temporary forums, I will update my signature.

Before you do that make sure you have driver disks for your motherboard and hardware. I was fed up with XP did the same thing but Hewlett Packard wouldn't send me a driver disk for the mother board. I quit buying store bought pcs and started building them after that.
