My friend and I are doing a radio show and for music, we use her Ipod Nano. However, I need to transfer songs off of my computer to her Ipod. The problem is last time I transferred my songs to her Ipod, it erased all of the songs previously on there and just added my songs.

Is there any way I can add my songs without deleting her songs? Any help would be appreciated.

There should be an option to not overwrite songs on the iPod inside of iTunes.

Really? Do you know where it is?

Because I believe when I plug it in, it says I can't add new songs unless I delete the songs on the Ipod.

Automatic Update is on, which makes it delete everything on your iPod and replaces it with your library. Uncheck the little box in iPod options.

Ah, that makes sense.

But is "iPod Options" only available if I plug the Ipod into the computer? Because I can't see it in the main iTunes menu.

The first time you plug an iPod into a new computer, it should come up with all the options...

Okay, I plugged it in and yes, it did have the options right in front of me.

I feel so stupid, heh.

Thanks everyone for the help!
