I have norton's anti viris. For some reason now I am blocking all java pop ups. These are the harmless pop ups that let you have more than one screen open in internet explorer. For example, if I want to feed my neopets I click on the food and a little window pops up...well it used to but now it won't let me do that. And there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. I need norton's but for some reason I can't figure out why it won't let the java pop ups come on the screen. So anyway, I went to download firefox because I thought if I had another browser then I could just quit using internet explorer. And in order to download firefox or really download anything I need to have the java pop up appear asking me if I want to download it. So I can't even download firefox or netscape now because when I go to click on the link nothing happens. I am so mad. I don't know if norton's is blocking the java pop ups or if it is my Internet explorer pop up blockers. I've tried just about everything to disable the pop up blockers to disableing nortons, and nothing seems to work. I can't feed my neopets if I click on the food an nothing happens. It is blocking it from poping up! This is crazy since I still get tons of other pop ups. What I want to pop up I can't get to pop up and the pop ups I hate are still around. Can anyone help me? Does anyone know a link to download firefox or some other browser. The link can not start with javascrit; or anything like that. I need a link to download netscape but it has to be just a www. type of link.

Go to norton, un-block ad-blocking.
Download firefox.
Block adds on it, allow popups on neopets, and tada!

I don't know what is going on, but I think it isn't nortons now. I think it is this yahoo toolbar with an add blocker I have. Can anyone tell me how to uninstall it? I don't know what folder it is in or anything. I really don't want it anymore. I think it came with the windows service pack or something. Anyway, ever since I got this pop up blocker I have actually had more pop ups! And it can't figure out which are good pop ups and bad. I just want to get rid of it! If anyone knows what to do, let me know. I am working in safe mode. I don't know if it is a good idea to be in safe mode too much, but it is the only way I can do anything!

To the side of the search bar there should be a little pencil. Click on it, and it will bring up a little drop-down list. Click on Uninstall, and proceed from there.

Ok I have firefox now. And I must say, It rocks. I am not going to use internet explorer anymore. Firefox is working much more quickly. I don't know why, but even after I have deleted all those toolbars and pop up blockers, my internet explorer still wants to block java pop ups. But for now, I don't care I guess because I am going to be using firefox.
