Also don't forget to check out http://www.phpfreaks.com (and the other freaks network sites).

EDIT: My book marks have eaten these sites until now:
http://www.tutorialforums.com/ -- owned by Spoono I think....
http://www.webdesignforums.com/ -- great place for overall webdesign help (most of these guys are "pro" so watch what u say :))
http://www.totaltutorials.com/ -- 3315 tuts on most all web desinging aspects
http://html.tucows.com/designer/designtutmain.html -- HTML reference and tuts
http://www.oxyscripts.com/tutorials.php -- mainly PHP stuff
http://www.free2code.net/ -- lots of tutorials and great forums

sorry for any repeats

This site doesn't have a extreme amount of information but it has a fair bit: http://aisle3.hologramdesigns.com/index.php The site tip articles are well-written and are really helpful. I didn't read through any of the other sections as I don't have PS or a flash program.

http://www.good-tutorials.com is an excellent site for tutorials in Adobe Photoshop, and is often useful to me in web designing.

Also, if you are a beginner learning HTML- or even if you are more advanced- http://www.lissaexplains.com is really useful for looking up how to do simple HTML, CSS and Java.

TeamPhotoshop is a great place for tutorials; when I was in middle school I used some of these tutorials for fun.
