There are, that I know of, two ways to do this.
There is a program that lets one take apart .swf files, which is called Sothing SWF Decompiler. You can find that at

You could also download a free version of All Sound Recorder XP, which records any sounds that your computer is making, but from the inside, making it a good way to pirate music (bad luck to any high security CDs). Anyway, you would want to make sure that the files were shorter than 30 seconds if you were to use the DEMO All Sound Recorder, because that's all it records.
